Wonderful Opportunity

•  Keep the dog intact for 5-6 years
• Allow me to take him a couple times a year for a few days when I have a female in heat. 
• Fully fenced yard. 
• No other intact dogs in the home. 
• Don’t allow to breed with any other females.  
• Keep pup in great health with the recommended food, grooming, regular exercise and training.  
• Must be excellent with staying in communication with me. 
• Stay up to date on vaccines and vet visits.  
• When the dog retires from our program then he will be neutered, and the pup is all yours.  
• No fee for local families.  If I need to travel, then a small fee depending on distance. 

Umami is a striking 20 lb. blue merle phantom mini Cockalier Poo.  He turned one year old on July 21st 20204.  We adore his captivating blue eyes! Umami is Japanese for perfect deliciousness, and he truly embodies his name!  He's the perfect mix of Cocker playfulness, Poodle smarts and low shedding, and extremely easygoing, biddable, loving, and affectionate from the Cavalier.  Excellent with children and other dogs and animals big or small.  Crate trained, potty trained, leash trained.  Confident around new dogs and strangers.
